I've gotta say 25... I'm bias to the ocean... but 7 is priceless too... You girls are incredible!!!

Wow, that's a hard one, but I think I'm going to have to go with #16.
I love action shots. ;)
Oh, and love.
I love, love.
Fabulous photos!

Ok girl...you know in my heart and for my kids I HAVE to say #9 however, for a vote to win a prize...I have to say #7.

Let me just say this about #9....I love the two people in the photo...no really...I do think that the contrast of the bricks and the bride/groom thing is awesome! Did YOU win a prize for that photo?

As for why #7 is a favorite...it speaks to anyone who has done this to their own child! We all know it's so fun to give your baby a lemon and then to see the split second that they get that little tangy twinge in their mouths. You caught that in just the right moment!

Anonymous said...

I will have to say #12. You are very talented young ladies. The reason I chose #12 is due to fond memories. Remember the person that once told you, "You go girl!" This is what that photo reminded me of. Keep doing your thing girls because you are amazing.

Anonymous said...

I really really love #4. I don't know why, but there is something about that girl. She just says like me or else. I really wish I could be related to that model

I also linkedified on my blog for you.

Kimberly said...

I love #12. Love it. That girl is precious and spunky and hilarious! She makes me smile. :-)

Julie said...

I think that my favorite was #7. Its so cute but funny at the same time.

The Stones said...

Why do you make it so hard? I'm going to go with #10, just because it's the inspiration for my next family shoot with you. But I also LOVE the one of the kids walking under the trees. Chills I tell ya!

jillian said...

#12! I love how you captured the feeling and the colors! linked on blog too!

Melinda Costa said...

Hey CJ Photo geniuses... I love #10 the family all holding hands. It reminds me of my fam of 6 and how we just hold to them as tight as we can and even though we get a little stretched, if'n we keep holdin' on tight we will be okay. I love the way the parents are looking at each other..as if to say " we can do this" GREAT PIX!!!!

Melinda Costa said...

Hey I linked ya on my blog...again!

Rebekah Barlow Guymon said...

I really like #13. The whole picture is just priceless. I love how you have captured the innocent nature of that tiny beautiful baby. I am 3 months away from having my first little child. It's a baby girl too. My husband and I are very excited. We look at alot of baby pictures for ideas of what to take with our baby. I didn't have alot of baby pictures when I was growing up, and so I have a goal to make sure I capture every moment with my children. I Afterall, they only stay babies for so long. Thanks for helping capture those special moments! I look at your website all the time! I love it!

Anonymous said...

That is really tough to pick a favorite. They are all fabulous! I love #11. The boys are so cute!

Julie said...

I like #2. It's kind of like peeking on a private moment. They way Desiree's veil hides their faces, but you can still see a little bit. It's very tender.

Kelly Simonsen said...

#9 is the BEST photo! And I'm not just saying that because it's me, but also because it looks straight out of a magazine! You are awesome, and I hope I win!!

Becky said...

I love 20, because it reminds of a photo I saw when I was a little girl and always wanted to live somewhere covered with trees. 25 is awesome as well.

Megan said...

#7! Reminds me of my little boy...he always stills the lemon out of my water and eats it...rind and all!

jennifer said...

I like #12. Not only is that little girl bursting with personality, but I like the colour contrasts in all the purples, the pink of her mouth, and the shadows that highlight everything else. I'm sure it was at dusk and must have been a tricky time to shoot a picture in that light.

Must-Ash said...

#15! It made me laugh right when I saw it. The little girl just has such bright eyes!

Audrey said...

I vote for 21, 12 & 18... well, and 6 too!

Tink said...

I would have to say #7. If I would have had a picture of my son with his first lemon like that I would make it into a Poster!!

Sara said...

#2 of course because it is Desiree' and Chuck. And because the picture captures how cute they are! Also #11 'cause Tenille has the cutest little boys.

jennybrum said...

Wow! I linked to this site off somebody's facebook page, and your photography is amazing! I love number 21, but I also think 7 is priceless. I want you to take pictures of my babies! Pick me! Pick me!

Sara said...

I posted a link to you blog about your contest on my blog!

Lisa Marie said...

I'm struggling between 20 and 15. I like how you blurred the background in 15 but I LOVE, LOVE the background in 20. I totally want a family picutre taken wherever you took 20.

I posted about the contest on my blog! So enter me twice. :) I am coming up there a month after the baby is born so I'm really hoping to win to get some cute pictures of him. :) Any way I could fix this contest? lol.

Lisa Marie said...

Oh, I forgot to say I'm going with 20.

The Clarkes said...

I'm torn between 17 and 21, very torn.
I LOVE 17 because it's not the average hold your belly picture. Honestly, and no offense to anyone, those drive me bonkers. I dig the different angle.

I also love 21 because I LOVED my wedding. I love looking back on details from every moment. Some photogrphers forget details, but something small, such as shoes are important. I like how the shoes are not just the main focus of the picture, but that the couple and the building are as well.

If I win, I will drive my happy butt to Utah so you can do my bridals I never got! A year and a half isnt too late right? LOL

Em said...

I love all of them, but my fave is #12. She's beautiful and sassy!

Lindsay said...

I love #13. Just seems to capture the sleepiness and adorableness of a newborn. Love it!!

Rebecca said...

I'm going with #1, I just love the realness of their faces--caught in honest emothion!

Bree Johnson said...

HOLY HANNAH AMAZINGNESS!
10 13 20 and 24 stand out to me- and I adore 7 ;) what an amazing smile! These are the most artistic and different and for me the colors are beautiful the baby one and the tree one I like because they look so vintage and the one with the family by the bricks has the most amazing color and rusty charm. I WANT TO WINN SO BAAAD! And... you are now linked in my ole blogola! breeandbrandonsbliss.blogspot.com

Charlie said...

My vote is for 24 because I wish I could take a nap right now and it just looks so comfy. Plus babies are cute.

Heather said...

25 I think. I am a sucker for babies, though it was a tight race with the baby in the tutu.

Nick and Melanie Munns said...

I love #21, red shoes are my favorite. And, the creativity of that picture was fun.

Anonymous said...

I LOVE number 7. Her face is soooo cute (even though I feel bad that she just tasted a LEMON!!!) and the colors are amazing! Nicely done! I love the funny faces when babies try something new--way to catch the moment.

LM said...

So many great shots, but I'll go with 20, with the cute little boys, just precious! I also want to know where 21 got those gorgeous red shoes!

Silver said...

#20 is my favorite! It reminds me of virginia and those two little kids are so precious! You do such excellent work with color! The last one is amazing how you made that blue just POP!

Ryan and Rachel said...

I like #20 because it brings out so much emotion. Children are priceless and I love to that they are walking down the path holding hands.

Cherry Blossoms said...

I like #3! great job cristi!

Jenna Anderson said...

Hi! I posted a link to your blogspot on mine, tjandersonfamily.blogspot.com

Also, all of these pictures are amazing...I love the one of the guy and girl running to each other...how amazing!! But I have to say #10 is my favorite. I love cute family pics and hope to get some of my family someday. AND that family is in my ward!

-Jenna

Ashley said...

They are all amazing, but I love 6, 10 and 25! 6 because I just love Audrey and I feel like I can hear her laughing in this picture. 10 is an awesome family photo, I love how they are all linked together and the colors in the photo are great. And 25 is just crazy cool!

Cate said...

This is a really really tough decision, but I have to say #15 of the little girl and the autumn scenery. I just have to say that I never ever look at the ads on facebook, but this was the picture I saw on my sidebar/ad thing and I clicked it! I thought it was soo stinkin cute and I wanted to see if you guys did weddings. :) And now your my photographers! SO way to go guys for taking a cute picture and using facebook to advertise. :) you're awesome.

Raylynn said...

#10 is my favorite! It's different and so colorful and screams artwork, not just a plain photograph. If it was my family, I'd be happy to display it over a fireplace or in a central location of our home. Way to go C & J!

Sarah said...

I really like #5 and #20 as I LOVE outdoor shots of people. I really like number 5 and how the couple is swooping in for a classic kiss, and I like #20 because I love envisioning these two little boys (I see them as brothers)off on some sort of adventure or into some sort of mischief! :)

Thanks for the chance to vote. My name is sarah and my email is belaybob at hotmail

Anonymous said...

I love #10! I may be a little biased (that's my brother & his family) but I love the colors and how they are all holding hands. Its not your usual family picture--very different and fresh!

Cristi said...

How could I not choose #21??? My girl, my son in law, and those FABULOUS shoes that she got at Mervyn's for a song when they were going out of business. Last pair, her color, her size. Details matter, the Lord knows this!

#15 - the colors are gorgeous! Perfect.

You're on my blog, front and center, and I stole a little photo of the two of you to advertise. Am I in trouble? :-(

Cassi said...

You can't beat that first picture! I love candid shots! You can totally feel their happiness in that pic!

Anonymous said...

Ooo la la! Nice work ladys! I LooooooVE #20 with the two little boys one the path. There is something about that picture that makes you want to start walking behing them to see where they are going and what they are saying to eachother. Cute!

-Marianne Stuart Pitcher

Endless Days and Northern Nights said...

Oh my gosh! #7 is totally my favorite! You guys are amazing at catching the overall feeling of a photo (like in #1 and #19) but the colors add so much more to this one and just make it pop! I HOPE HOPE HOPE I win...I've wanted you to shoot Sophie since the day she was born! Thanks!

babyblueakane said...

Wow, it's so hard to decide. All of them look so awesome! But I'll have to say #24. The baby looks so peaceful and cute! I love the little smile and is adorable!!!

Anonymous said...

I like photo #20 because I like the way that the boys are waling and how the trees are crossing as they are walking. It looks like a fun trail to walk down. I tmakes me want to follow them. This is Brooke

Alonso Family said...

this seriously took me a long time to decide, there are so many good ones to choose from...i mean really dang creative and fun but i am going to go with #10. i just love the way it catches my eye as not a typically family photo with everyone so close together, yet the handholding shows that neccesary closeness for a family photo. My favorite part is the way the parents are looking at each other like "what have we gotten ourselves into?" absolutely love it!

btw, i have posted a link from my blog for the extra entry and because these are some great photos i feel proud to share. great job, cousin and cj photography!

Ang said...

Beautiful work! My favorites are #15 and #20. The coloring is amazing, and I love the natural background.

Beth said...

I'm from out of town but we are planning a visit to Utah soon. I vote for #10 or 19. I like #10 because it's funny that the kids are looking at the camera but the parents aren't. Usually it's the other way around. I like #19 because of the color combinations and the the couple look like they're having a lot of fun.

Michelle said...

Number 16! I love the whole look of it! So cute! Her leg in the air is adorable!

AubreyB said...

I love 3, 20, & 24, probably 20 the most though, because I love the frame that the trees provide and it just makes me want to be right there where those 2 boys are. :)

Definitely my favorite is #7. That girl is adorable, and the colors are bright and sunshiny- just like a lemon. Looking at it makes my eyes water! haha!

Laura said...

I think my favorite is 24.

I love babies, and that one is so cute! The little chubby tummy and the little expression on the face...priceless. I just want to pick that baby up and cuddle it!

Lililana Arbon said...

I like #1 the best. I like it cause it just feels so real. You can see the love they have for eachother and how happy they are.

Strong Family said...

I love 21! I like capturing the small details that every bride puts into her wedding...I had bright orange shoes at my wedding and love looking back at the pictures showing my little details!

# 21. I love the shoe picture. Wouldn't think a shoe picture would look so neat. I loved the angle of the picture. I love the contrast in color and especially the detail.

Ok, I am going to have to vote for #20 because it just speaks to my heart!!! But really all of them are wonderful, I Love how versatile you are!

Norda said...

I'm going with #17. Love the pregnant belly. That was a creative, beautiful photo shoot. I think I'm already having the side effects of uncontrolled excitement! Increased heart rate, shortness of breath...you guys are awesome and I love your work!

Anonymous said...

#20 is the one that caught my attention the most. I love the composition of the photo, but mostly I can feel the bond between the little boys even though I cannot see their faces nor do I know who they are. That feeling is very present and is communicated well through their body language and they way the walk so closely together as though they are being protective of each other. I really like your work, so even if I don't win this fun freebie I'll have to hire you the next time I'm in Utah : )

Anonymous said...

Awesome!!! Number 20 because you caught the mood. So peaceful, young brothers walking. I love it and would love to have a picture just like it of my own kids!

Cate said...

I left a link on my blog :)

i would say number 15

emily said...

This is Emily Gibby...I went to SVU with you. I love #20. The composition was great. The lighting from the shadows gave great texture. The trees give an almost symmetrical balance.

Megan said...

#12. Great color composition and emotion. I want to win so that you can come up North and save my business blog from bad photos!!

Alan and Kiersten said...

ok i can't even believe that you are making everyone choose just ONE!!! i've been sitting here WAY too long trying to decide. i finally narrowed it down to 8 because it's just a dang cool shot and so unlike anything i have ever seen. 11 because those boys are the CUTEST and i just love the coloring and the little guy in the middle's face is priceless. and then 20 because it's just GORGEOUS! i seriously would put that picture up in my house even though those aren't my kids just because the picture is so beautiful. but if i had to choose ONE i would say 11 because of the reasons i said above and it reminds me of my 3 brothers! btw you guys are CRAZY TALENTED!!!

Audrey Bandley said...

Love 'em all for very different reason. But, due to extreme creativity, I believe that #17 and #24 are definitely my favorites.

Linked the blog, too.

Kate said...

I liked number 7 the best. What a cute baby!!

Sabina Michelle said...

This is Sabina Safsten. I like #16, and #7. You do a marvelous job. :-) They made my heart smile.

Kyra and Ben said...

I'm going with #20, the two little boys. Makes me go back in time, when brothers are the best of friends when they are growing up.

Anonymous said...

I love, love, love #7, even though they are all great! What a spunky little girl. You guys captured her personality perfectly.

Kierstin said...

I love #10 because it reminds me of my life. I have three children ages 7, 5, and 7 months and life can get pretty hectic and busy. This photo reminds me that amidst all of the daily chaos with children to never lose sight of each other. To always keep each other in sight and never forget why you fell in love. I love that photo.

Carol said...

I'll say #11. I have 2 boys, so I can see my boys standing in the doorway looking cool like that! And I love the colors and the rugged location. Nice work.

*Meg Larsen* said...

i like #7 because the moment is just right--not overly staged but perfectly captured!

Kierstin said...

I posted a link to your contest for another shot at winning! good luck to me!

Tiffany said...

#20-- it's nice to think that siblings can sometimes be best friends. All are beautiful. We may just have to have a session with you whether we win or not!

Jodi said...

They are all really great, but I keep going back to Number 14. It reminds me of a fashion picture, one you would see in a magazine. I love the angle and the colors. Great photography!

Coralee said...

I really like them all, but I'm going to say #7. It's original and you gotta love little kids!

Coralee said...

I posted a link on our blog (http://bernard-fam.blogspot.com/) Great idea!

Colette said...

Ok Cristi - I love all the photos - seriously, I don't think I like any one more than the other but if I have to pick one I guess it would have to be #21 since that is my nieces wedding photo and I wouldn't want there to be a family uproar because I didn't vote for it.

Andrea, Mrs. said...

Pick me! Pick me!

Oh man, I LOVE #12. That little girl looks like she could use a good tickle torture.

I also posted about your giveaway on my blog--because I really want to win!

April McEvoy said...

LOVE #13... it captures such a beautiful moment.. what a precious little princess :)

Desiree said...

Can I just say I have NEVER seen so many posts on one blog entry before. You guys are SO talented. I don't know how you're going to choose a winner or how I'm going to choose a favorite. Of course I'm biased to #2 but I love, LOVE it AND have it hanging on my wall. An UN-biased opinion would be #20. Can you say they are the most precious things I've ever seen! Holding hands when no one is looking. I just think those little boys are so sweet and I LOVE the criss cross trees. Where is that? I LOVE all of your work. You are so talented and diverse.

Julie Neal said...

I would say #13 and #24!!! The reason is because that baby is scrumptious!! :) Nothing is cuter than a little baby. Good job on catching the right moment in both pics.

Elaine said...

I love them all, but I'm going to pick 20!

The Wheelers said...

I LOVE picture number 1 because you were able to catch such a special moment, BUT for the contest I am voting for #20. I LOVE how you captured the light and shadows. It almost looks like a painting. You are amazing!

The Hiller Family said...

12... she is beautiful in purple AND because you've captured her spunky personality! No, not a pretty perfect smile, but that is why I like it! It's all her... and I don't even know her!!

Crystal said...

I love all of them! Very artistic and unique! But I absolutely love #11, the boys are adorable, especially the little one in the middle. I also Love #15...way to capture their personalities! I soooo want to win! We are definitely in need of an updated family picture!! I've posted this on my blog at http://gayloncrystal.blogspot.com/

Jules Westlake said...

I love #21, very creative. To me the picture symbolizes the transition from dating to marriage. You have the cute little Mary Janes up front then the path (focus/spcing) leading to the couple. I think that picture could be art, not just a wedding shot! Way to go!

Kaitie said...

I love number 3. I love that the couple is off centered in the picture, and that the temple is the focus of the picture, but that they reflection pond is also capturing the temple. This picture is really calming, and shows the joy of geting married.

Anonymous said...

My pick is going to be #4. I think the contrast of the orange flowers to the blue background is really cool. I was kinda torn between that and 12 and 13. They were just way cute pictures. You guys are AMAZING!

Heidi said...

I love a few, #8 because I understand all of the time it took to create, #7 such a silly face, but I think most of all #20 because I love how peaceful it is.

The 4 Willows said...

I love your work! My favorite would have to be #1. I really like #19 too. Not because they are wedding photos, but because they are candid shots. They are being so natural and you can see just how happy they are! All are wonderful photos though.

7 is my favorite, who can resist an adorable sour face. All of them really are amazing, you do such a great job!! I also put a post on my blog about the contest!

The Longloopers said...

I love number 7 and number 3!

One thing I admire the most about your photography is the vibrant colors and angels you use. That is one reason why I love number 7. The blue in the background and the little girls expression is timeless.

Almost every couple getting married at the Salt Lake Temple wants a picture taken in front of it. Because photo 3 is taken at an angle it makes the picture look unique and different. I like the new take to it.

Rachel Schanz said...

OK this was really hard to choose a favorite but I'm going to go with 19... I love candid shots, you can see the genuine emotions and that is the best.

Abbey said...

hmmm... I love so many! I think 21, so unique, one you wouldn't feel weird to have still hanging up 15 years after the wedding.

Sara Boo said...

Kay...it's a three-way tie btw. #2 (because I love Desiree), #16 (because every girl wants to be THAT in love!), and #19 just because it's a tender moment! P.S. #19, hands down. Pictures should refect real emotion, not posed. I can see the personalities and feelings both of these individuals are experiencing at the moment the picture was taken. There's nothing fake about this photo.

Wow! You are really good! It is really hard to only pick 1 as my favorite! It took much deliberation... but I choose # 20. It looks like something out of a calendar or a greeting card. And I LOVE natural pictures, ones that don't look staged, and these boys look very natural. And you can almost feel the love they have for each other just by looking at the picture. This is a priceless photo! LOVE IT!

I saw this link from my sisters blog, Brooke Stone, and this was very hard because they are all so incredible. In all of your pictures, the colors are amazing which makes the pictures look even more amazing. I would have to say #12 or #13. Both are adorable. The face in number 12 is priceless, it gives a little sass off of it. What a doll!! #13 is also so cute, i love the colors, it makes the baby look so sweet and precious!!!(which she probably already was)Great Job! You guys are very talented!

My fav was probably #19 because it put a smile on my face--something must have been very funny!
But #7 was hilarious and #20 is just sweet. Oh, I love them all!

I like #2 and #10. They both seem to capture something about each of the families that is very characteristic of each.

I love number 24...such a sweet baby! Thanks for sharing all your wonderful work!

Oh MAN! How do you decided between so many AWESOME pictures!?!?

1, 7, 15... I love these the best. But I think I have to go with #1. I love how BOTH of them are laugh, and seemingly sharing in this 'perfect' moment. It's what it is like for all of us, when we are in 'newly wed' love, and the rest is just added to that love...ya know...like what each moment is like after that...the moments that you see in 7 and 15. Completely priceless, and it all starts with what you look and feel like in #1. (love it!)

#24 the chubby baby! It was impossible to decide-so I just picked the baby cause I LOVE babies! Wow you are Great! Lisa Witham

Contest or none, I can't wait to work with you guys again! But, because I would love to have your pics plastered all over my walls, I can't pass up this opportunity! #25 is my fav- the pic doesn't seem too posed, it just captures her confidence and potential. Very striking.

You guys are so great, this contest made it to my PERSONAL blog!

#20 - I have twin boys and that picture just melts my heart! It is so tender to see two little boys acting as best friends, and to capture it on camera is even better!

There is something about #20 that I love. Can't figure it out. Maybe it's the picture of the two boys I haven't had yet.

I love #20. It's just so innocent the little boys holding hands walking under the trees. I love all of the pictures, though. I like all that you do with them to make them original.

I can only pick one?! #13 is too sweet!! But they're all so great, and I love all the wedding shots!

I can't pick a favorite. Your photos are great I doubt I'll win, but I REALLY wish that I would because I am an amateur photographer who never gets family photos because I am always behind the camera, and can't afford what I love.
